First Day at Nursery
Our Key Person Approach
At our nursery, we believe in building strong, meaningful relationships between children, parents, and educators through our Key Person Approach. Every child is assigned a dedicated Key Person who acts as their primary carer and main point of contact.
Why is the Key Person important?
With the Key Person Approach, we foster a warm, family-like environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Settling-In Sessions
We understand that starting nursery is a big step for both children and parents. That’s why we offer personalised Settling-In Sessions to make the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible.
What to expect during Settling-In Sessions:

Introduction to the Environment:
Your child will explore their new surroundings with the support of their Key Person, discovering the fun and engaging activities our nursery offers.

Gradual Separation:
Sessions are designed to ease your child into nursery life at their own pace. Parents are welcome to stay during the initial sessions and gradually step back as your child gains confidence.

Tailored Support:
We adapt the number and length of settling-in sessions based on your child’s unique needs and comfort level.
