Denitsa Gashtilova, Manager

Deni is a qualified childcare professional with a degree in Education and a masters degree in psychology, and further vocational qualifications in childcare, classroom management, special educational needs and business management.

With 15 years experience in education, childcare and business management, she leads our team of educators at Anglo-Spanish Nursery School, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for children, parents and work colleagues.

Deni enjoys helping people and caring for children in particular but also in supporting parents and work colleagues to ensure that a child’s experience at the nursery is positive and engaging.

Rachel Balogun, Deputy Manager

Rachel is a childcare professional with qualifications in childcare and early years education. As the eldest child of five, she has assumed the role of carer and educator from an early age and enjoyed the responsibility and sense of achievement that comes from giving a child the best possible start in life.

Rachel aspires to build good relationships with families and be a good role model for the wider team. As deputy manager at Anglo-Spanish Nursery School, she is responsible for helping room leaders and assistants with the day-to-day management of care and activities, and is keen to develop the additional skills required to manage a nursery herself in the future.

Natalie Chrystie, Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager for Childcare And  Learning Group, Natalie has responsibility for supporting and developing the nurseries and pre-schools within the group, including Anglo Spanish Nursery School.

Natalie is a qualified childcare specialist with over 40 years experience working in the childcare industry including many years running individual nurseries for the group. Leading a senior team of three regional managers and a special projects manager, she ensures that nurseries have the facilities, support and training required to meet the group’s own high standards for best practice in childcare.
