- What’s a fun fact about you?
I’m originally from Madrid, and at our bilingual nursery here in London, I bring Spanish culture into everyday life, through songs, stories, and activities that make learning fun and spark the children’s curiosity. I’m passionate about photography and love languages, I can even speak a bit of French!
- What is your favourite thing about coming to work?
My favourite part of the day is seeing children explore, learn, and achieve milestones. Their curiosity and joy make every day rewarding. I also love working alongside our dedicated team, who bring energy, creativity, and passion to everything we do.
- Why did you choose to work in early years education?
I’ve always been passionate about supporting children in their early years, helping them develop confidence, curiosity, and essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills that form the foundation for lifelong learning. I love guiding children as they explore, play, and make sense of the world around them, ensuring their early experiences are positive, engaging, and meaningful.
- What passions do you have within the Early Years curriculum?
I am particularly passionate about high-quality, child-led learning, ensuring every child has opportunities to develop holistically – emotionally, socially, and academically. I strongly value bilingual learning, as it helps children develop communication skills, cultural awareness, and cognitive flexibility from an early age. I am also passionate about outdoor play, believing that time spent exploring and learning in nature supports physical development, creativity, and a love for the world around them.
- What’s the best thing about Anglo Spanish Nursery School?
Our nursery is a warm, welcoming space where children thrive, families feel supported, and staff are inspired to provide the highest standards of care and education.
- How do you create family partnerships at Anglo Spanish Nursery School?
I strongly believe in partnerships with families. Through regular communication, events, and collaborative activities, we involve families in their child’s learning journey and foster a supportive, connected nursery community.
