I was born in the north of Spain and I grew up in a big family, so I have always been surrounded by children. I always knew, since very young, that I wanted to dedicate my professional life to education in early years. I consider myself privileged to work with babies, very young children and their families.
I completed a Bachelor´s Degree in Early Years Teaching in 2008and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology in 2010. I therefore hold the (QTS) Qualified Teacher Status, recognised in England. I came to London looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience and also to get to know different systems of education.
I did the NVQ 3 in Children´s Care, Learning and Development in 2010-2011 and I completed the Level 5 Diploma in Early Years Leadership and Management in 2013, which gave me a solid base to grow as a leader.
I started my journey at the ASNS in the Baby Room in 2010. In 2011 I moved to class 3, the Preschool to be the Room Leader, where I grew professionally more than I ever imagined I would. In 2013, I took over the position of Deputy Manager and then in 2014, I was promoted to Manager of the nursery. I am delighted to have the opportunity to have such a positive impact on all these very young children’s lives at Anglo Spanish.
I am passionate about working with very young children and families, and committed to ensure we provide them with a safe, stimulating, fun, diverse and nurturing environment.
I strongly believe that loving and qualified staff are paramount for a quality care and education, as well as working in partnership with families for the benefit of the children, the priority of all.
